White Table Salt Disease States

I have discerned the following.  In the last 50 years, consumption of white table salt among the North American population has greatly contributed to the following disease states: 

  • high blood pressure (the top disease state)
  • vascular disease causing blood clots
  • shrinking of arteries that carry blood to the kidneys, that eventually leads to kidney failure and much more.

Your body needs salt.  To make a decision to not have salt is not a good idea.  Your body needs good, unprocessed salt, like Himalayan salt or sea salt.  Join us tomorrow and learn the general science of how white table salt brings disease into one's body.
